Order Cancellation
If, for any reason, you wish to cancel any order you have placed and it has not been dispatched, please contact Anthony Ryans on +353 (0)91-539-633 or email us at sales@anthonyryans.com. It is our policy to try to process orders immediately; however, it may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched. After dispatch our Returns Policy will apply.
Returns
At Anthony Ryans, we want all our customers to be completely satisfied. In the unlikely event that you will need to return your purchase, please keep your receipt as this will speed up the transaction. Items without proof of purchase will be exchanged at current selling prices. Products need to be returned with the original packaging and price/sale tickets attached. This may not apply to reduced priced items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you wish to return an item you purchased online for whatever reasons you may contact us by email at sales@anthonyryans.com within 30 days of receipt of goods stating the reason for return. If the goods have been dispatched as ordered, they can be returned for a refund, for the cost of the goods, less any delivery charge incurred. Please note the cost of returning the unwanted goods is at your expense. Please note that if items are returned you should ask for proof of postage from your post office as we reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is lost whilst being returned. All returns must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the refund. Returns can be made to the address below, please include details of where/who the goods are coming from, include order number and/or order confirmation.

After inspection of the goods you will receive an email once the refund has been issued. You should expect to see the refund in your account within 5 working days from receipt of this email; however some banks may take longer. We are happy to exchange a product for the same product but in a different size, if available pending the product being returned is new, unused and unworn condition with tags attached and in original packaging. If a different product is requested then a new order must be completed on the website by the user. In the interest of safety and hygiene, hats, lingerie, hosiery, underwear, swimwear, mattress protectors, duvets, duvet covers, sheets, pillows, pillowcases and pillow protectors cannot be returned unless faulty. Personalised items cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned unless damaged or faulty.
